APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 48 hours.

COMMUNICATION

We do our best to communicate in a timely manner. Please note that we will return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours, business days. If you have reached out on a Friday and do not hear back that day, please allow until Monday for a return call or email.
