About
I’m a therapist with a warm, direct style. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who want a space that feels thoughtful, honest, and grounded in real-life understanding.
My clients come in navigating a wide range of experiences, including relationship challenges, anxiety, complex trauma, identity questions, neurodivergent experiences, including late-diagnosed ADHD and autism, and life transitions. Many are also trying to make sense of patterns that keep showing up in their relationships or feeling disconnected from themselves.
I focus on helping you understand what’s underneath those patterns, including how your past experiences, attachment, and nervous system responses shape how you relate to yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel more steady, connected, and grounded in a way that feels realistic and sustainable
