About
Sometimes life requires us to rebuild, not because we’re broken, but because the strategies that once helped us survive are no longer helping us thrive. As an MSW Intern, my goal is to help you understand the “why” behind your experiences so we can rebuild together with intention, resilience, and self-compassion. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, challenged, and supported.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when we move beyond simply talking about problems and begin understanding where they came from, what keeps them going, and how to build a life that aligns with your values. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, reconnect with your intuition, and develop practical tools that create lasting change rather than temporary relief.
Experience
As an MSW intern, I have experience providing therapy in both residential and outpatient settings, working originally with adults experiencing severe and enduring eating disorders, anxiety, low self-worth, and challenges related to body image. My work has expanded to include helping clients challenge cognitive distortions, reduce negative self-beliefs, and develop healthier relationships with themselves through evidence-based approaches.
I have also facilitated CBT- and DBT-informed groups for adolescents, creating a supportive environment where teens could build coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and connect with peers who shared similar experiences. Outside of the therapy office, I coach and mentor girls ages 10–13, helping young athletes build confidence, resilience, leadership, and a strong sense of self.
